Christmas Week festivities!

This last week I had the privilege of staying with the Contino children while their parents went on vacation to celebrate their 10th anniversary in Hawaii. We had so much fun keeping them busy! I am also puppy sitting for my Aunt while she is out of town. So there was lots of fun chaos! On friday after school we had some fun in the front yard just being kids.

Then it was time to shower and head to Me-n-Eds for a night of games and pizza!

Saturday was spent at soccer games. Saturday night we ate dinner go bundled up and headed for the "Clovis Christmas tree lane." They were so excited because we drove it the night before and the whole time they wanted to get out but it was getting late. We bought some hot chocolate and began our adventure.

The weekend fun had to end it was back to the school grind, but we did brighten up the week with some Christmas spirit. Check out these reindeer!

Christina's Girl Christmas Party

I had the pleasure of being invited to Christina Patricio's house last night for a fabulous Christmas party! We laughed, ate, chatted, played games, and exchanged gifts. It was such a delight to gather with her closest friends. Many I had met before and we got to catch up, and others who I only knew through her blog and was so fun to finally meet in person. She had amazing hors d'oeuvres and adorable drinks (I'm regretting that I didn't get pictures of). Her house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and all the other rooms looked like they were straight out of a magazine!

 Christina and I met over a year ago, and she is such a ball of energy, I loved her as soon as we started chatting! We really hit it off when we constantly ran into each other at our favorite places to shop: Home Goods, JoAnns, Target, Peir One. That's when we decided it was meant to be.

Sophie is the best! We can chat for hours about nothing, but she always has great advice and keeps me laughing!

Our Story

So we're venturing into blog world for the first time! I love reading everyone else's blogs and I was encouraged by a friend to join in. So here goes nothing! I love Michael Buble, so our blog name is inspired by him, and I thought so fitting because our lives are so blessed and nothing could be sweeter that being loved by my husband. Let me brag about him for a minute. (He's going to kill me) He is hardworking, loving, kind, funny, and so thoughtful. He makes me laugh daily and brings so much joy to my life. We met over eight years ago, and dated for five years. Then got married on March 27 of this year. Being married has been amazing so far. Here are a few snap shots from the wedding...
